RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every product you receive from Dermaég Beauty. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • It must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare or haircare products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or downloadable products


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your item was defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund


📬 How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@dermaegbeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • A photo (if the product arrived damaged)

We’ll provide further instructions on where to send your item.


⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
